Installing a SeaMAID LED pool projector

LED pool light must be installed using the same safety guidelines and common sense as with a halogen or incandescent projector.
SeaMAID LED lights are designed to operate at a maximum voltage of ~12 volts, in line with the EN60598-2-18 standard.

ELECTRICITY CABINET

IMPORTANT PRECAUTIONS:

Always make sure that the projector power cable connections are perfectly watertight.
If replacing a PAR56 bulb, you must always change the projector’s seal that has been heated and lost its shape.

Water in terminals

= irreversible damage not covered by warranty

Always use connectors that provide perfect contact between electrical cables.
Guarantee a perfect seal by using IP68 connectors, or by applying insulating gel into the connection box.

Water inside casing

= irreversible damage not
covered by warranty

Always connect the pool projector to an insulated safety transformer, double coil with output voltage of ~12V.
If secondary voltage is unstable or above the stated tolerance, then you must install a stabilizing and/or limiting mechanism before the electricity panel.

Over voltage

= irreversible damage not
covered by warranty
